Cleveland GiveCamp Tentative Schedule - Watch for Updates!

Adjustments will be made during the GiveCamp weekend, so watch for announcements on our internal Slack group. Most notably, if we can wrap up projects early on Sunday we will try to get everyone home a bit earlier.

FRIDAY

5:00-6:00 pm	Doors Open & Registration
6:00 pm-6:45 pm	Kick-off Meeting, nonprofits and teams introduced
6:45 pm and after	Team meets and discusses project requirements with a plan to begin work
7:30 pm	Dinner
8:00 pm	Project Standup
10:00 pm	Project Standup
10:30 pm	End of Day 1

SATURDAY

8:00-9:00 am	Doors Open & Breakfast
All Day	Work day with team
–	Team and group photos at various times
–	Snacks will be provided
10:00 am	Project Standup
12:00 pm	Lunch

4:00 pm	Project Standup
6:00 pm	Dinner

3:00-4:00 pm	Groups hand-off projects, final training, prep presentations
4:00-5:00 pm	Final team meeting – prepare to present projects
5:00 pm	Reception & Clean-up (This goes quickly – please stay and help)
6:00 pm	Go home!
