Our Nonprofits
We helped rebuild their website, improved access to information, and increased donor acquisition and digital presence.
Family Connections
Built a participant-tracking workflow and dashboard for the nonprofit’s vision events, including registration data and progress through event stations. Also launched a branded website connected to the registration process to support reporting requirements.
Prime Focus Inc
Repaired broken pages, updated menus, improved mobile usability, and made SEO improvements. Added clickable infographics, including a redesigned pricing infographic, to improve the site’s user experience.
City Fresh
Created a donor and membership reporting system and restored or established the nonprofit’s social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Updated the website with FAQ and committee pages, improved accessibility and SEO, and set up Google Analytics and Google Ads resources.
Bessie’s Angels
Sankofa Fine Art Plus
Cleaned up the existing website and migrated it to a new domain. Enabled newsletter subscriptions and improved donor management and membership registration to support outreach for Black arts and artists in Northeast Ohio.
Launched a new WordPress website and added a live donation button. Built a CRM-style intake, exit, and progress-notes system, added a new logo, and created the foundation for donor management.
Community Service Alliance
Delivered a new brand identity, including a logo, color scheme, branding kit, and stock-image library. Updated the website, improved its mobile experience with a prominent donate button, and added resource and financial-information pages.
Lillie’s Home
Rebuilt the organization’s website to better reflect its current mission and identity. Added or reworked approximately 65 pages, improved the venue presentation, and made the site more inclusive and accessible.
Crown Point Ecology
Improved site navigation, accessibility, and the donation page using stakeholder research and user personas. Streamlined the user experience, made the donation impact clearer, completed all MVP goals, and began stretch goals.
Courage to Caregivers
Reduced and reorganized a 350-page website into a much cleaner, more sustainable structure of roughly 20 pages. Built a consistent visual design and empowered the nonprofit to maintain the new site more effectively.
Hanna Perkins Center for Child Development
Built an operational dashboard that consolidates data from multiple systems into one place. Added automation between registration and rosters, saving administrative time for an organization serving individuals with disabilities and their families.
Empower Sports
Built an e-commerce workflow for student artwork, including password-protected submissions, advisor review, approval, and product sales. Implemented WordPress, WooCommerce, Gravity Forms, Square payments, and support for both physical and digital products.
Rainey Institute
Rebuilt the website in WordPress with clearer navigation, improved accessibility, a modern design, and fewer pages. Added reusable patterns and templates so the nonprofit can continue updating the site as its needs change.
Ohio City Bicycle Co-op
Rebranded the organization and created a new brand guide, lead forms, invoice tools, and customer-tracking workflows. Built a branded Thinkific course platform, Wix database, newsletter system, resource page, interactive lesson map, and improved privacy-policy page.
Educate to Protect
MVPs behind the scenes, this team helped make sure people were fed on time. They may have been too good at their jobs.

We put a lot of time and effort into making each of our events memorable not only for the nonprofits, but for the volunteers as well. All of our organizers work very hard behind the scenes to make that a reality year after year.
We also have a photographer on the other side of the camera. Thanks Bill!
