Our Nonprofits
We freshened up the Leading Ladies 4 Life website, giving it a more modern look and updating the technology for easier use. We also looked at database options for keeping track of program participants and supporters.
Leading Ladies 4 Life
We updated their partner and public databases to be more user-friendly, easy to navigate and easy to manage.
Created tools that allow broader accessibility to unique resources that Play Gap offers to their organizations.
Built an archive to provide their audience access to educational information, photos of various sports memorabilia, videos and audio clips.
Play Gap
Together we will built a tutor scheduling application that allows Seeds of Literacy’s volunteer tutors to sign up for the times and subjects they’re available. This application helped make creating schedules more efficient and to better meet the needs of their students.
Seeds of Literacy
We gave the Rec2Connect website an overhaul. The updates included programming information and registration, freshening up the way donors and sponsors are recognized, and bringing more visibility to the impact the organization has by including metrics and a timeline.
Rec2Connect
We worked with ASGA on enhancing their website to be more streamlined and functional. We also helped organize their donor database and create tools to make it easier for individuals to donate.

Autism Society of Greater Akron
We helped build a password protected area of the website, enabling online donations, and upgrading their CRM capabilities from Google Sheets to a dedicated CRM tool.
Village Collective Inc.
We made the thing you are looking at right now. To celebrate us becoming an official nonprofit, we took time to focus on our website to ensure that it evokes the same magic and wonder of our events.
Cleveland GiveCamp
We focused on making updates to Neighborhood Pets’ Salesforce.com platform. This software drives many of their internal operations, and we reorganized their process flows for better efficiency. Additionally, we helped integrate their system with findhelp.org to increase the reach and visibility of the nonprofit.

Neighborhood Pets
We focused on bug fixes, plug-in updates, and making the site easier for staff to manage. We also worked on a ticketing solution that would work directly with their website and reduce fees associated with their current ticketing system. We also helped them move their donor data out of spreadsheets and into a robust database.

Dancing Wheels Company
We provided assistance with their website during helping to reorganize and freshen up their site and content, implement website analytics, and streamline their donation process to make it easier to get financial support from donors.
Domestic Violence Project
MVPs behind the scenes, this team helped make sure people were fed on time. They may have been too good at their jobs.

We put a lot of time and effort into making each of our events memorable not only for the nonprofits, but for the volunteers as well. All of our organizers work very hard behind the scenes to make that a reality year after year.
We also have a photographer on the other side of the camera. Thanks Bill!
